Refund Eligibility & Timeframes
myrelanthova offers refunds based on specific criteria and timing requirements. Our refund policy varies depending on when you request the refund and your program completion status.
Full refunds available within 14 days of enrollment for students who haven't completed more than 15% of their chosen program.
Full Refund (100%)
Available within 14 days of enrollment with less than 15% program completion. No questions asked, processing takes 5-7 business days.
Partial Refund (75%)
Between 15-60 days from enrollment with less than 40% program completion. Administrative fee of 25% applies to cover platform costs.
Prorated Refund (Variable)
After 60 days, refunds calculated based on unused portion of program. Minimum 30% administrative fee applies to all prorated refunds.

- Account review process - we verify your enrollment date, completion percentage, and payment method
- Refund approval notification - you'll receive confirmation within 2-3 business days of submission
- Payment processing - funds returned to original payment method according to timeframes above
- Account closure - access to course materials ends once refund is processed and completed
Important: Refunds for credit card payments appear within 5-7 business days, while bank transfers may take 7-14 business days. PayPal refunds are typically instant once processed.
Special Circumstances & Exceptions
We understand that life circumstances can change unexpectedly. Medical emergencies, job loss, or family situations may warrant special consideration beyond our standard refund windows.
Students experiencing hardship should contact our student services team at info@myrelanthova.com with documentation. Each case receives individual review, and we often arrange payment plans or program deferrals as alternatives to refunds.
Corporate training refunds follow separate guidelines due to bulk enrollment arrangements. Companies should reference their specific agreement terms or contact our business development team.
What's Not Refundable
Certain program elements aren't eligible for refunds: one-on-one mentoring sessions already completed, printed materials shipped to your address, third-party software licenses activated on your behalf, and certification exam fees paid to external organizations.
Students who violate our terms of service, engage in course piracy, or abuse our refund system forfeit all refund rights. We maintain detailed logs to prevent fraudulent refund requests.
